Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy:

Cancellations
Please note that we do not accept order cancellations under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it will be processed and dispatched according to our shipping policy.

Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

• The product delivered is damaged or defective.

• The product delivered is not the item that was ordered.

To initiate a return, the customer must provide full unboxing video evidence clearly showing the product condition immediately upon delivery. This evidence must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Refunds
Once the return is approved after verification, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed.

Important Notes

• Returns or claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

• We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or preferences.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
